Ralucas’ activities in technical innovation field are in area of innovation selection, innovation due diligence & audits and innovation management from idea and IP to the market. My portfolio of innovations contains projects from bioscience and alternative energy to artificial intelligence and robotics. She participated as a general mentor in GCIP program supported by Cleantech International, UNIDO and Standford University, CA since 2013.

She is the founder of Global Institute for Accelerating Innovation since 2006 and CEO Eriscan (Pty) Ltd. that is listed as technical innovation consultant service provider for Department of Trade and Industry. Eriscan is also a Technical Innovation Support Center (“TISC”) registered with WIPO, Geneva and Department of Science and Technology, SA.

Internationally, Raluca is the industrial development director for South Africa for Growth Innovators Group from UK, an international group in support of commercialization of innovation. Her connections in Africa are with universities and Governments in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique, Uganda, Congo and Kenya. She also is the innovator community ambassador for InnovatorCommunity.com and one of the founders of African Inventors’ Cooperation Organisation.
